Warehouse Operative - Parcel Sorter

Location: Sheffield

Shift patterns: 4 ON 4 OFF - 12.00 (mid-day) - 23.00pm

Hourly rate: £11.44

At Menzies Distribution, Menzies Distribution have an excellent and exciting opportunity for a Parcel Sorter to join Menzies Distribution's Sheffield depot. You will work closely with Menzies Distribution's fantastic Operational Team, who will support and encourage you in your role.

When in the warehouse, you will be accountable for the safe loading and uploading of inbound parcels and will be required to support your colleagues in sorting, scanning, and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Sorting of parcels into correct distribution
• Break down, allocate, and load inbound supplies
• Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and tidy
• Adhere to company procedures and policies
• Assemble customer supplies according to packing specifications
• Check the quality of packed orders

Requirements

• Physically fit to meet the demands of a warehouse role
• Hardworking, positive, and a flexible attitude to work
