Kebrell Nuts & Bolts Ltd. is seeking a reliable and skilled Van Driver to join Kebrell Nuts & Bolts Ltd.'s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods while ensuring that all loading and unloading tasks are completed accurately. This role requires an understanding of warehouse operations and materials handling, as well as the ability to integrate with a small team at Kebrell Nuts & Bolts Ltd.'s Bristol Depot.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van to transport goods to various locations.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are secured properly during transit.
• Manage shipping and receiving duties, including checking inventory against shipping documents.
• Utilise a forklift when necessary for moving heavy items within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, using Kebrell Nuts & Bolts Ltd.'s systems.
• Perform picking and packing tasks to prepare orders for shipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Assist with heavy lifting and materials handling as needed to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar driving or warehouse role is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and processes is advantageous.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle materials safely.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• A valid driving licence suitable for operating a van is essential.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate.
