Summary

The Opportunity

EDF is looking for dynamic and experienced Project Managers to deliver engineering and procurement workstreams within the Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC sector of the Nuclear Island. As a Project Manager, your primary focus will be driving contract and package delivery, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with both business objectives and technical specifications.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end responsibility for delivering procurement and engineering activities.
  • Manage high-value (£100m) equipment and bulk material supply contracts.
  • Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of each contract and area of scope.

The Skills

You should bring:

  • Hands-on experience in managing and administering NEC3/4 contracts.
  • Deep understanding of complexities in large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing schedule, cost, risks, and opportunities.
  • A strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, process, or systems engineering.

Desirable: Previous project management experience in the nuclear industry or a similar regulated industry.
