TUI Airways's two-year Apprenticeship Scheme is designed to develop you into a destination expert, allowing you to recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and additional products.

As part of TUI Airways's commitment to exceptional customer service, you will enjoy a varied shift pattern each week, which includes weekends, bank holidays, and evenings in some of TUI Airways's busier stores.

About You

• Good knowledge of excellent customer service and a genuine passion for working within tourism.
• Dedicated to achieving goals, targets, and obtaining a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
• Self-motivated and willing to act on feedback while remaining positive when faced with challenges.
• Willing to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working.
• A team player who engages and collaborates with customers and colleagues.
• An organized individual who takes pride in their work and can communicate effectively.
• Grade 9 – 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths.
• Able to work a varied shift pattern each week in line with shop opening and closing times.
