Overview

As part of the TUI Retail Team, you will become a destination expert, recommending and selling holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and additional products to create unforgettable holiday experiences for TUI Airways's customers.

Your role will involve:

• Inspiring customers and colleagues with your passion.
• Exceeding sales objectives, which TUI Airways refer to as 'Smashing your Targets'.
• Embracing change and tackling challenges in a customer-focused role, both in-person and virtually.
• Investigating and resolving questions or complaints with confidence.
• Receiving training on various systems to enhance your knowledge and deliver memorable holidays.
