- Spider Web Recruitment is looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Operative to join Spider Web Recruitment's team in Stowmarket, Suffolk, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and upkeep of Stowmarket's Town Council properties.

About the role:

As the Property Maintenance Operative, you will report to the Operations & Estates Manager and play a critical role in undertaking maintenance, repairs, and caretaking of Stowmarket Town Council properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Undertake scheduled maintenance tasks and respond to urgent repair needs.
• Plan and oversee maintenance schedules in collaboration with the Operations & Estates Manager.
• Ensure building compliance and safety through regular checks.
• Support the Community Centre's operations, ensuring safety.
• Perform general groundskeeping and equipment maintenance.
• Uphold health and safety procedures.
• Contribute to the success of the Operations Team through additional duties.

As the successful Property Maintenance Operative, you will have proven experience in property maintenance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
