Senior Model Booker

Overview

As a Senior Model Booker, you will be at the forefront of the Model Team working closely with the Leads and Management at ASOS Studios. You’ll help direct the team in searching for the next generation of ASOS faces, reacting to new briefs and nurturing agency relationships. Your role is crucial in managing other members within the model team and in the development of junior model bookers.

Responsibilities:

• Secure top talent worldwide and coordinate international bookings.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Model team.
• Source options for talent bookings for various ASOS shoots, solving problems as needed.
• Spot and flag any dips in model quality to maintain high standards.
• Ensure diverse representation across all category pages.
• Manage direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop leadership style in line with ASOS Behaviours policy.
• Nurture relationships with model agencies and ensure model welfare.
• Negotiate confidently with agencies based on budget and rate structure.
• Deliver projects supporting department strategy and participate in team meetings.
