WW DESIGNER (FTC) - TEST & REACT

The role will be based in Turkey, but you will be required to travel to the UK once a month.

Test and React is a top-tier strategic priority at ASOS, driving innovation and excellence in line with ASOS's company's core initiatives. This is an opportunity to join the Test and React team, working closely with key stakeholders across the commercial function. The team will aid the expansion of Test and React by engaging directly with new and established suppliers. It is the fastest pace and most reactive area of ASOS!

ASOS is looking for a creative and dynamic Designer to get new suppliers up to speed with ASOS's shortest lead time process. To confidently provide feedback to key stakeholders, Senior Directors, and management, emerging trends and concepts that resonate with the ASOS 20-something.

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying key trends and missed opportunities by analyzing social media, catwalks, aspirational brands, and competitors, and presenting ideas to key stakeholders and Senior Directors.
• Ensuring ASOS is first to market with products most relevant to the moments that resonate with ASOS's customer, whether these are mini viral moments on socials or culture-shifting celebrity moments.
• Creating strong supplier relationships with the buying team to integrate the Test & React process, ensuring relevant fabric bases & trims meet ASOS quality standards.
• Demonstrating strong organizational and time-planning skills while potentially designing across multiple product categories.
• Collaborating with your team to ensure the storytelling message of identified trends is carried through to production, working closely with studio stakeholders.
• Working with your team and tech to ensure product production meets BAU standards at pace.
• Engaging in an exciting opportunity with high exposure to other functions and the SLT, as well as new and emerging suppliers.
