Job Role

Coventry City Council seek student Social Workers who are nearing the end of their qualification or recently qualified. You will either already be registered with Social Work England or can obtain your registration within 4 weeks of employment.

For Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs)

Coventry’s Social Work Academy offers a supportive environment, developing your skills and confidence with a structured approach. NQSWs will experience shadowing and mentorship to transition smoothly into their roles.
