Week 1: Sun 13-2100, Mon 08-1600, Wed 16-2200
Week 2: Sun 1300-2100, Mon 1000-1800, Tue 0800-1300
Week 3: Sun 0500-0900, Tue 0500-0900, Thurs 0600-1000, Fri 0500-0900, Sat 0500-0900
Week 4: Sun 0500-0900, Tue 0500-0900, Fri 0500-0900, Sat 0600-1400
Due to this working pattern, candidates must be over 18 to apply.
Purpose
To deliver a great shopping experience for M&S's customers, M&S is looking for colleagues who put customers before tasks every time whilst championing and promoting M&S's brilliant products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of M&S's customers helping M&S to continually improve.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve M&S's customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
- Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that M&S's shelves are always stocked with product
- Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store.
- Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend M&S's products and services
- Utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time
