Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of current customer accounts
  • Handling a high volume of inbound phone calls
  • Building and maintaining relationships with carriers and customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and carriers
  • Resolving customer and carrier issues
  • Providing quotes, arranging bookings and taking payments
  • Demonstrating excellent multitasking skills and proficiency in computer software
  • Representing the company in a professional manner and serving as a role model to other employees
