You will work directly under the Chef de Partie, assisting your team in ensuring the highest standards of product and collaborating with senior team members to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent
  • Food Hygiene Certifications
  • Good written and spoken English

  • Restaurant or Hotel background

  • Strong team player
  • A real passion for the industry and an eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
