You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, supporting patient care and assisting with medicines reconciliations and timely discharge processes. This includes:
- Assisting nursing staff with medicines management, completing audits, and providing training.
- Maintaining Pharmacy Technician competencies while supporting dispensary services on a rota basis.
A recruitment premium is attached to the above posts:
- £2,000 payment on joining the Trust.
- An additional £2,000 upon completion of the first year of employment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain safe systems of medication supply to in-patient areas.
- Liaise with ward staff regarding prescription interventions.
- Participate in the medicines management 7-day supply service.
- Organize and supervise the work of pharmacy dispensers and assistants.
- Assist in the running of clinical trials and maintain necessary records.
- Accurately supply dispensed medication within Trust frameworks.
- Complete accurate drug history and support medicines reconciliation.
- Maintain contemporaneous records on the appropriate clinical system.
