Operations Assistant

Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available at Cowdray Farm Shop and Café for an Operations Assistant. Working as part of the operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining Cowdray's stock file, the ordering and receipting of goods, following processes when receiving chilled stock, and supporting all business areas with day-to-day tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining hygiene levels in storage areas and supporting the team in the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize customer availability
• Maintain the stock file and ensure compliance processes are adhered to at all times

Requirements:

• Team player and willing to learn
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new software
• Maintain good hygiene and standards at all times
• Preferably part-time, working Monday to Friday 7 am – 12 pm with additional hours as needed
