Responsibilities:
- Prioritise patient safety, encouraging colleagues to report safety concerns.
- Promote a safe working environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Support governance activity, ensuring compliance with quality frameworks and standards.
- Lead care management and delivery, treating all with kindness and compassion.
- Collaborate with other clinicians to enhance patient care.
- Take charge of a theatre, coordinating and delivering work activities.
