Guildford Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full Time | Includes weekend work. Up to £52,000.00 per annum depending on experience.

As a Senior Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at Nuffield Health's Guildford Hospital, you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC or HCPC. You bring a passion for high standards, a meticulous eye for detail, and post-registration experience. You're a focused, flexible, and motivated team worker.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritise patient safety, encouraging colleagues to report safety concerns.
• Promote a safe working environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Support governance activity, ensuring compliance with quality frameworks and standards.
• Lead care management and delivery, treating all with kindness and compassion.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to enhance patient care.
• Take charge of a theatre, coordinating and delivering work activities.
