Overview

Felsted School is looking for a Domestic Assistant to join Felsted School's Domestic Services team. The successful applicant will be responsible for various general domestic duties, which include:

• Hoovering
• Cleaning
• Polishing
• Wiping
• Mopping

The role requires a friendly, professional, and positive attitude towards work and interaction with young people. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring the school is maintained to the highest standards.

Shift and Schedule

This is a permanent position with the following shift pattern:

• 05:00 to 09:00, Tuesday to Saturday for 29 weeks of the year
• 05:00 to 09:00, Monday to Friday for 23 weeks of the year

This totals a 52-week working role. The rota will be discussed during the interview and agreed upon annually.

• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the school premises
• Carrying out domestic duties efficiently and effectively
• Collaborating with the Domestic Services team to maintain high standards
