Overview

Hybrid Customer Service Advisor

Start Date: 4th November

Full availability required to attend training from 4th-22nd November.

Varied Shift Patterns Monday-Saturday:

  • Weekday 8am-5pm: 2-3 days office-based, remaining days remote
  • Weekday 8.30am-5.30pm: 2-3 days office-based, remaining days remote
  • Weekday 10am-7pm: 2-3 days office-based, remaining days remote
  • Weekday 11am-8pm: 2-3 days office-based, remaining days remote
  • Weekday 12-9pm: Remote

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Deliver a first-class, professional telephone service to clients' customers.
  • Create trust with customers through an open and honest approach.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the client's products.
  • Skilfully retain customers through positive relationship building.
  • Act as a primary contact, providing name and contact information.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience interacting with customers via various communication channels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable providing technical support.
  • IT literate with strong keyboard skills.
