Depot Night Shift Manager

Overview

{Evri} is seeking {Night Shift Manager}. This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy located at Eurocentral Depot. Evri have an exciting opportunity for a Night Shift Manager to join Evri. You will lead teams in processing parcels, ensuring operational efficiency and performance of the night operation. You will manage resources, adhere to legal requirements, and maintain health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all areas of the night warehouse sortation.
• Ensuring depot key KPI’s are achieved.
• Budget Management to meet service levels.
• Leading, coaching, and developing supervisors.
• Maintaining health and safety.
• Adhering to legal requirements of the ‘O’ Licence.
• Maintaining MI reporting documentation.

Experience/Qualifications Required:

• Transport knowledge and experience.
• Team management skills.
• Reporting on SLA’s & KPI’s.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• PC literate with Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
