Senior Manager Process Improvement

Overview

Evri is seeking a Senior Manager Process Improvement – Fulfilment. This role is based in Basildon and involves improving Evri's fulfilment product through essential processes. You will report directly to the Director of Fulfilment, owning forecasting, planning, reporting, and operational improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and operating forecasting models.
• Managing stock control and warehouse optimization.
• Improving service level agreements.
• Creating a suite of operational reports.
• Enhancing customer service propositions.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong data analysis skills.
• Technical expertise in SQL or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
