Overview

Cover Supervisors/ Supply Teachers, both Qualified and Un-qualified Needed in Cannock.

Due to a massive increased demand for professional, hard working cover staff in the area, TeacherActive are looking to recruit IMMEDIATELY for people to join the team to start after the summer break in September 2024.

TeacherActive are looking for flexible and enthusiastic cover staff for Teacheractive Limited's secondary schools in the Cannock area. All of the work is set by class Teachers and you will be required to follow the lesson plans and ensure behaviour and lesson disruption is at a minimum. Qualified Teacher Status is not necessary to apply, though previous education based experience is essential.

A range of assignments/ timetables are available from long-term, full time positions to flexible day-to-day cover. Please let Teacheractive Limited know upon registering what sort of work would be best for you. As a Cover Supervisor you will require the following:

• Excellent communication skills alongside good classroom management
• Over 6 months experience within an educational environment
• The ability to cover a variety of subjects
• Good Communication skills
• A good knowledge of the National Curriculum
• A passion for teaching and a desire to make a difference
