Dealership Receptionist

Dealership Receptionist required in North London. Perfect Placement UK Ltd's Main Dealer client supports a leading brand and has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Dealership Receptionist to join their busy front of house in North London. They are a family-owned successful motor trade business operating for over 40 years which represents a highly sought after premium marque. Duties & Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact as customers enter the dealership.
• Meet and greet all customers ensuring that they are welcomed in a professional manner and directed to the relevant person.
• Responsible for answering all incoming calls and for transferring them to the relevant person.
• Responsible for ensuring that the front of house reception area is clean and tidy.
• Respond promptly to any customer complaints and ensure timely and correct resolution.

Details & Benefits

• Competitive Basic Salary of £25,000 p.a.
• Contracted Working Hours: 40 Hours per week.
• Company Car Scheme (once probationary period completed).
• 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
• Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
