The role
Regenda Group is looking for a Sales Progressor to act as support for vendors and purchasers, seeing property sales through from offer stage to completion.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include speaking with sellers, purchasers and solicitors to ensure a smooth and speedy sales process! You will need to manage client expectations and work to a deadline.
You will be responsible for updating Regenda Group's internal CRM systems and actively updating all parties involved via telephone and email.
You will work alongside Regenda Group's Leasehold and Homeownership coordinator to support with the process of lease extensions and Shared Ownership staircasing transactions. You will also be preparing legal documents to be used during Regenda Group's transactions.
The right fit
- Prior Estate Agency or Sales Progression experience is desirable.
- You must have a strong understanding of the end-to-end estate agency sales process.
- Prior experience/knowledge of conveyancing or interacting with conveyancers would be advantageous.
- You must be a motivated and outgoing individual who has a desire to succeed in a sales/lettings environment.
- You will have time management and organisational skills in order to multi-task successfully and meet deadlines under pressure.
- As you will be involved with the preparation of legal documents you need to have attention to detail.
- You need excellent communication and customer service skills both written and verbally to communicate with people at all levels.
