PA to support a 9 years old boy in MiddletonLeeds during the school holidays

Overview

Are you passionate about supporting young people with multiple and complex needs? Do you want to make a difference for a young person? Can you spare 8 hours per week during the school holidays? Meet Hari. I am a happy 9 years old energetic boy with autism. I enjoy being outdoors, playing in the park and I like sensory things like sand, mud, playdough and flour. I am a fussy eater but I do like to go to McDonalds as I like chicken nuggets. I like going to supermarkets and enjoy browsing around shopping centres.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Support Hari when out in the community with accessing all the activities he enjoys.
• Discuss other activity ideas with his parents to broaden Hari’s experiences.
• Support Hari when out and about and always hold his hand near roads and cars, as he does not have sense of danger.

Rate of pay: £11.30 per hour (gross) at all times and 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata.
