Just Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner and driver to join Just Cleaning's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, mainly empty properties after tenancy or building work. You will be fully trained to be a crucial part of the team. Therefore reliability, loyalty and being a strong part of the team is paramount for this position. You will be solely responsible for ensuring the team arrive safely and on time to each job allocated to the team. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to Just Cleaning's clients whilst maintaining professionalism and great customer service when coming face to face with clients.

Duties

• Perform general tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks including oven clean, grease removal, limescale removal. Full training provided.
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.

Skills

• Ability to drive is advantageous for travelling between locations.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
