• As a Cabin Crew member, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service with a ‘sales through service’ mind-set.
• Your priority is the safety of TUI Airways's customers, implementing all safety, first aid and service procedures.
• A confident communicator, demonstrating emotional intelligence, adapting your style to quickly build relationships.
• Committed and passionate, you’ll enjoy working as a team to deliver results.

ABOUT YOU

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service, previous customer focused experience is advantageous.
• Motivated to complete training that covers Safety & Emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, able to understand, speak and write proficiently in English.
• Capable of working in a team and on your own initiative.
• Adaptable and positive to work in a role where every day is different.
