HANDYMAN/WOMAN OR GENERAL BUILDER

Overview

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
• Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
• A very good all round knowledge of the construction/building industry
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of all construction and maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Note: A valid driver's license will be required for all positions.
