JOB PURPOSE

As our Benefits Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and delivering our UK benefits offering, ensuring that both the financial and wellbeing options provided to Burberry colleagues are engaging, competitive and useful. Reporting to our Senior Manager, Global Benefits and Mobility, you will also support Burberry global benefits offering, mobility processes and wider strategic projects within the benefits and mobility space.


This Benefits Manager role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and is based in our London Horseferry Campus with hybrid working available.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and overseeing our UK benefits platform transformation project, owning benefit vendor relationships to ensure all benefit offerings and services are delivered with an outstanding customer focus and compliance
  • Participating and contributing to the design of Burberry’s benefits and mobility strategy, taking the lead on implementation
  • Working closely with wider Reward team to successfully deliver our UK annual benefit window and other annual BAU processes, from statutory reporting to reward cycles
  • Partnering with the Burberry HR team and business stakeholders to provide specialist advise, expertise and guidance around benefits, mobility and reward packages 
  • Advising and ensuring proper administration of expatriate payroll, compensation and benefits
  • Regularly keeping up to date with regulations, trends and industry best practice, sharing knowledge with the wider HR team 
  • Development of communications to educate and inform employees about benefit programmes in order to support high employee engagement and uptake

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Proven background and experience within UK Benefits at manager level, ideally with experience of implementing a benefits platform
  • Solid knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and best practices in the UK including taxation and P11d 
  • Project management skills, with the ability to develop plans and polices in order to support effective implementation
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with and engaging diverse stakeholders
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Proficient in Office365, and ideally some experience in using SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience in managing global mobility programmes and expatriate payroll would be advantageous
