Accreditation Co-ordinator

Overview

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Reporting day to day to Head of Accreditation.
• Organising all Accreditation & Paddock Club tickets plus assisting with all other forms of Formula 1 accreditation within a busy and fast paced department.
• Assist with pass production using in house accreditation access control system and dedicated printers.
• Check printed passes for correct quantities, names and photos, access rights and send out collection details.
• Assemble lanyards and pack ready for shipment upon approval.
• Monitor all Accreditation mailboxes.
• Approve pass requests within agreed guidelines, set by Head of Accreditation.
• Liaise with teams, promoters, sponsors, suppliers etc. concerning accreditation queries.
• Maintain season allocations.
• Freight packing and unloading.
• Dealing with incoming deliveries and outgoing DHL shipments.

• Great administrative skills with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• To be able to demonstrate problem solving abilities
• Flexibility to resolve issues out of hours
• Ability to work well under pressure and keep to very tight deadlines
• Ability to listen and learn when given direction
• Great team player and ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to show appropriate discretion with sensitive information
• First rate customer service skills on telephone and in person
• Excellent organisational skills
• To have a flexible work ethic
• Comfortable and confident traveling worldwide
