Often the first port of call for our customers, whether that be for information, or help with their tickets, your job is to make sure the customer has everything they need to travel confidently by train.

Managing periods of disruption effectively, whether this is a change to your schedule or changes that will effect our customers journeys.

You will ideally have experience as a Guard, however this is not essential (training will be given in contingency guard) - the role is safety critical.

As a Meet & Greet Assistant GPR, you will provide cover for a variety of shifts as and when required. This can include covering shifts at other local stations when needed.
