1:1 Tutor Immediate Start

Overview

Prospero Teaching is seeking qualified and experienced 1:1 Tutors to provide essential core subject support to students who are currently out of mainstream education. Prospero Teaching's organization partners with Local Councils and SEND teams across the UK to offer educational support to individuals needing additional assistance.

Position Details

• Location: Liverpool
• Position: 1:1 Tutor
• Type of work: Supply
• Hours: Flexible working hours available
• Start date: October 2024
• Duration: Ongoing
• Hourly rate: £25.00 - £30.00

Experience, Training, and Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable but not essential)
• UK classroom teaching experience
• Creative, patient, and willing to think outside of the box
• SEN experience

Eligibility Requirements

• Hold the right to work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child-related references
