Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Per Annum (Negotiable depending on experience)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of the UK's successful gold value-added resellers of industry software, IT hardware, infrastructure, consultancy, and data service solutions. They are seeking an accomplished 4D Planner / Visualizer to contribute to their expansion.

Role Overview:

The 4D Visualizer will create, develop, and maintain 4D models throughout key milestones of construction projects, from pre-construction to handover. The position involves close collaboration with clients and various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and maintain 4D construction models using Synchro 4D.
• Integrate project program information with design models to create time-based simulations.
• Conduct 'what if' scenarios using Synchro 4D.
• Produce high-quality 3D models and renderings of construction projects.
• Model 3D geometry, phased logistics, and temporary works using 3DSMax.
• Create animated walkthroughs and flyovers to demonstrate project outcomes.
• Work closely with clients to ensure visualizations accurately reflect project goals.
• Produce visual materials that effectively communicate design concepts and project plans.

Experience & Background:

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a visualisation role within the construction industry.
• Proficient in Synchro and 3Ds Max; knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri, and Revit is desirable.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects for post-production work.
• Background in BIM Coordination, CAD Technician, or 3D artist roles preferred.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in architectural, construction, or engineering disciplines.
