Working at Housing Options, you will be part of an enthusiastic and committed team responsible for the assessment and registration of applications for Council Housing.

Responsibilities

  • Register cases onto the Housing Register.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce statistics.
  • Adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Provide front-line reception services to customers.
  • Answer and direct calls on a busy switchboard.
