Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust have an opportunity for a talented individual to join Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust's administration team based at Peasley Cross supporting St Helens Scheduled Care Hub. Working Monday - Friday 9-5, this role is vital in supporting Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust's aim to provide exceptional patient care every day.
Using your organisational, administrative, communication, and people skills, you will contribute towards an effective and consistent level of service. Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust's patients and service users are at the heart of everything Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust do.
Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient and effective administration service to multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrate an attitude which respects and values service users and their carers.
- Provide effective administrative support including typing, registering referrals on a clinical system, and arranging appointments.
- Reception cover across three locations.
- Act as the first point of contact for all telephone and reception inquiries.
- Participate in the local induction process for new staff.
- Contribute towards service improvement initiatives.

Education & Skills Requirements
