Administrative Assistant - Part-time

Overview

This position is essential for ensuring the smooth running of Physio Excellence's physiotherapy clinics, podiatrist, and hydrotherapy services.

Job Overview

This is a part-time role working Wednesday to Friday, from 9 AM to 3 PM, in a small, friendly environment. The position will also cover when the primary admin assistant is on leave, ensuring continuous support to Physio Excellence's operations.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and emails promptly to book patients and address queries.
• Preparing notes for clinics and managing patient records with confidentiality.
• Using Physio Excellence's booking system, TM3, for which training will be provided.
• Managing diary appointments to optimize patient scheduling.
• Assisting with various tasks related to finance or marketing.
• Ensuring a high standard of customer care and teamwork.
• Occasionally meeting patients and processing payments as required.

Requirements

• Punctual and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and computer-based booking systems is beneficial.
• A reliable car is essential for commuting to the office.
• A smart casual dress code is required, and smoking is not permitted on premises.
