Based at The Woolwich Centre

An exciting position has arisen in the Housing Inclusion Service for an Access and Support Officer within the Performance and Development Team. The role includes carrying out administrative tasks, including mailbox management, data inputting, and the logging of casework. The successful candidate may also be required to complete administration for the wider service, such as minute taking and arranging meetings.

You will have a flexible approach, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have extensive IT (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and good organisational and time management skills. Essentially, you will need to manage your own workload and support the work of the team to assist in meeting deadlines.

You will provide support for quality assurance audits and monitor performance targets, plans, and initiatives to improve the outcomes for current and future service users. You will have an understanding of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) as well as good knowledge and experience of using various software packages. Full training of Royal Borough of Greenwich's specific database systems will be provided, including Dynamics and MRI Jigsaw.

This role is fixed term until December 2025.
