Asbestos Contracts Manager

Overview

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited's brand-new client, who has seen significant growth as a business, with offices based in Kettering, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Manage end-to-end projects from initial engagement to project delivery.
• Ensure the commercial team meets targets and delivers fantastic results.
• Analyze project costs, profitability, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Work in compliance with HSE legislation.
• Attend team meetings and client meetings.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of regulations and guidelines within asbestos.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK.
• Full, clean UK driving license.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and comfort with cost management and financial analysis.
• Able to identify additional business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
