Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust's Orthopaedics team at West Middlesex University Hospital. Role Overview

The Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) will be accountable for independent clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing clinical assessments and diagnostics for patients with complex conditions.
  • Providing clinical advice and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
  • Developing and supporting audit and research projects.
  • Participating in departmental policy updates and implementing guidelines.
  • Providing supervision and support to new staff and trainees.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Independently assess and manage patient care, including initiation of treatment plans.
  • Undertake complex clinical procedures and evaluations.
  • Prescribe and review medication as required.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure clarity in care plans.

Shift and Schedule

Weekend availability is required for this role, with a commitment to high standards of patient care.
