South West London and St Georges Mental Health Trust is seeking a highly motivated and committed individual to join South West London and St Georges Mental Health Trust's Central Wandsworth & West Battersea Integrated Recovery Hub. This hub is one of four multidisciplinary Integrated Recovery Hubs (IRHs) in Wandsworth, providing specialist assessment, treatment, and recovery work for adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting the provision of a systematic clinical psychology service within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on:
- Psychology triages and assessments
- Low intensity evidence-based psychological interventions
- Group work
- Teaching, training, and consultation to MDT
- Service evaluation, audit, and development quality improvement projects
- Psychology waiting list management
- Attending weekly psychology and team meetings
- Joint working with team members
- Chairing meetings and minute-taking
- Development of psychology information leaflets
- Weekly supervision with the team psychologist

Clinical Responsibilities
Under appropriate supervision from a qualified Clinical Psychologist, your clinical responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in psychological triages and assessments
- Formulating and delivering low intensity psychological treatments
- Coordinating therapeutic groups
- Contributing to multi-disciplinary meetings
- Undertaking psychological assessments using various methods
- Implementing treatment programmes respecting clients’ needs
- Compiling assessment and discharge reports
Training and Supervision
You will receive regular supervision from a qualified professional psychologist weekly and will have opportunities to gain wider experience within the NHS, enhancing your skills and competencies.
Service Development
Contribute to the design and implementation of service development projects and assist in promoting the service to referrers and clients.
