It’s an exciting time to be part of North Lincolnshire Council's team, as North Lincolnshire Council have an opportunity for the right individual to join North Lincolnshire Council as an Apprentice Functional Support Assistant, supporting 20-21 Visual Art Centre, Normanby Hall Country Park, and North Lincolnshire Museum.
The role involves providing administrative and financial support to various teams within North Lincolnshire Council's service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn new skills while working alongside supportive colleagues.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Answering queries from internal and external customers
- Raising orders and processing invoices
- Processing timesheets and setting up new suppliers
- Assisting with banking and accurately capturing data
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Hold English and Maths GCSE A-C or 4+
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Team working capabilities
- Commitment to completing an Apprenticeship
- Willingness to attend training
Upon successful completion, you will gain a Level 3 Business & Administration Qualification.
As an integral member of the team, you will provide excellent service to employees, managers, and customers.
