Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the unit in achieving set production targets by adhering to established systems and processes. Each day, you will operate machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will demonstrate your expertise by reading and interpreting technical diagrams and instructions for the assembly of products, systems, and panels.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products, including packing where integrated with production lines.
• Using light hand tools as required.
• Conducting regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Complying with health & safety guidelines and reporting any non-compliance.
• Operating within standard procedures while maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications for the Role

• Experience with light assembly.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Experience with PCBs and wiring is a plus.
