The Area Housing Manager is a pivotal role that serves as the primary point of contact for tenants and leaseholders. You will manage around 750 properties, overseeing all aspects of tenancy management and leading initiatives to address rent arrears while providing essential support to residents.

Responsibilities

• Develop professional relationships with tenants, colleagues, and partner agencies.
• Manage conflicting priorities effectively.
• Facilitate positive change in neighborhoods and contribute to service improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in social housing or relevant transferable skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
• Desirable: Qualification in housing.

Shift and Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours from 7 AM to 7 PM.
