As one of the world's largest automotive OEMs, Expleo Engineering UK Limited is currently seeking an Interiors Engineer with expertise in Door, Headliner, Luggage Trim, or Console design.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Interiors to Quality, Cost, and Delivery standards
• Prepare detailed cost reports
• Manage and report Costs versus Budget
• Oversee the Supplier Timing Plan
• Conduct concern investigations
• Manage supplier relations
• Communicate cross-functionally with key stakeholders
• Conduct lifecycle cost management
• Benchmark competitors and internal processes

Background and Experience

• Ideally degree educated in a relevant design or engineering field
• Previous experience in automotive Interiors development
• Knowledge of interior cabin parts and modules
• Competence in cost breakdown analysis
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office
