About This Role – Associate, Institutional Lending

Nordark is looking for a driven, analytical Associate to join Nordark's Institutional Lending team. This position works closely with Operations, Sales, and Risk, supporting Nordark's mission to offer borrowing solutions that provide flexibility and liquidity to institutional clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute loan originations for clients such as hedge funds and exchanges
• Provide insights on crypto and fiat lending markets
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate transaction recording
• Assist in developing new lending strategies across crypto assets
• Monitor and optimize loan portfolios
• Create marketing materials highlighting Nordark’s services

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in traditional or digital finance markets
• BS in finance, economics, or related field
• Deep knowledge of digital currencies and market structures
• Client-facing experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
