Slater Gordon is excited to offer the position of After the Event Insurance Officer (ATE) in Liverpool on a hybrid basis. This role is broad and varied, requiring the support of Slater Gordon's insurance contract portfolio to ensure clients have appropriate cover for their claims while protecting Slater Gordon's financial risk profile.

Responsibilities:

• Addressing indemnity queries and assessing Policy endorsements and document wording.
• Monitoring and reporting on ATE Insurance services.
• Handling claims as necessary.
• Collaborating with the wider business to identify insurance gaps.
• Assisting the ATE Team Leader in coordinating audits.
• Updating internal procedures as required.
• Enhancing awareness through internal communications and training.

About You:

• Knowledge of After the Event Insurance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
