Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager, you’ll:
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager in their absence.
- Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
- Act as a role model and guide development within your team.
- Lead the team to deliver memorable moments for Mitchells & Butlers's guests, ensuring they return.
Skills and Experience Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous management experience in the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
