Responsibilities

As Assistant Manager, you’ll:

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager in their absence.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Act as a role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver memorable moments for Mitchells & Butlers's guests, ensuring they return.

Skills and Experience Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Previous management experience in the hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
