Key Responsibilities
What’s it like to be an Assistant Manager?
- Store standards: Alongside the retail Branch Manager, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, from front of house to the warehouse.
- Inspire your team: Lead by example, motivating your team to provide a great customer experience.
- Store management: Manage budgets, rotas, payroll, P&L analysis, stock management, and improve profits.
