Assembly Operator

Honeywell have an opportunity for an Assembly Operator to join Honeywell at Honeywell, where you will be responsible for operating automatic assembly equipment, manually and automatically assembling products while complying with all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and COSHH requirements.

Shift and Schedule

• Rotating shift pattern:
• Week 1: 06:00 – 16:00 Monday-Thursday
• Week 2: 16:00-00:30 Monday-Thursday & 14:00 – 19:00 Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Complete first-off quality samples and maintain quality documentation.
• Conduct activities in line with company procedures and process standards.
• Identify improvements to ensure the efficient running of assembly equipment.
• Feed components and replenish materials for assembly and packing processes.
• Participate in improvement teams and initiatives to support waste reduction.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Ideally experienced with assembly systems.
• Proactive towards improvement ideas and programs.
• Familiarity with high standards of quality control.
• Able to operate within a high-volume production environment.
• Willingness to train to Level 4 standards and other processes.
