About the Role: As Inchcape's Apprentice Parts Advisor, you will help create the ultimate customer experience. You will control stock of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories, ensuring Inchcape's trade counter customers and workshop teams have what they need.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Providing advice to customers regarding vehicle issues
- Processing sales orders from customers in-person and via phone
- Managing stock for vehicle parts and accessories
- Maintaining an organized stock room
- Issuing invoices for sold parts
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure stock availability

Training Provided: Training will be delivered through virtual classroom learning and face-to-face sessions at Inchcape's training centers, guided by expert trainers. You'll receive a comprehensive training experience that leads to both Apprenticeship qualifications and brand certifications.
Qualifications Received: Upon successful completion, you will earn:
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard
- Brand-specific certifications
Minimum Entry Requirements: GCSE grades 9 – 4 (A – C) or equivalent in English, Maths, and Science. Equivalent grades include BTEC diplomas and functional skills.
