The Housing Options Service is looking to recruit an Assistant Procurement Officer. This role involves assisting with the procurement of accommodation for homeless households. You will establish and maintain regular contact with landlords and managing agents to increase the supply of decent and affordable accommodation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a register of available properties.
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure properties are let quickly.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is provided and correctly stored.
  • Conducting necessary checks in accordance with procedures.
