Overview
If you are caring, compassionate and see nursing in the community as your career option, come and join West London Mental Health Trust's team. You will work within the Community Nursing Team to provide care and support for patients in the community.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Nursing workforce supporting Registered Nurses to deliver high quality, person-centred, compassionate care to patients in their homes or care homes.
- Carry out clinical duties such as blood pressure, pulse and temperature recording, urinalysis, blood glucose monitoring, and wound dressings.
- Work independently but collaboratively within the team covering geographical areas in Hounslow.
- Maintain high standards of care in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Council guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Nurse Associate status.
- Essential criteria must be met as per the job specification.
Salary and Benefits
Salary ranges from £31,081 to £33,665 per annum with opportunities for professional development.
Additional Information
Access to a motor vehicle is essential with an appropriate driving license.
